Silver Oak Casino Review

Silver Oak CasinoThis is our review of the Silver Oak Casino. They’re a casino that accepts US players and runs on Real Time Gaming software. Give it a read to learn more about what to expect when you sign up.

So, being on Real Time Gaming means that they have 130+ games for you to play. That’s in their download. There is an instant play version for Mac and Linux users too, but comes at the cost of having fewer games. Don’t worry though — there’s still 100 or so games to play.

They have tons of promotions. We list and explain the best ones below.

The biggest downside to Silver Oak is the player reviews and their probation status with one of the largest watchdog sites. Are they enough to keep you away?

You won’t know until you read the entire review.

An Overview of Silver Oak’s Game Selection

One thing I like about their game selection is that it’s diverse. You don’t get just one Blackjack or one video poker game. You have options.

The downside? If you’re familiar with Real Time Gaming you know what those options are. There’s nothing new. So the only reason for you to sign up will be the promotions.

Everyone else, though, will be able to enjoy the following games.

Table Games

Texas Hold’em Bonus Poker, Let ‘Em Ride, Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, Red Dog and more.

Blackjack

Perfect Pairs, European Blackjack, Face Up 21, Match Play 21, Super 21 and Pontoon.

Slots

Choose from Real Series, classic, video, bonus, progressive 3 and 5 reel machines. They show progressive jackpots on their site peaking at $997,000 and climbing. You can also play slots tournaments.

Video Poker

Choose from 16 video poker variations including Deuces Wild, Jacks or Better, Loose Deuces, Joker Poker, Aces and Eights, and more.

Specialty Games

Roulette, Keno, Craps, Bonus Bingo, Sic Bo and Bingo.

You can also play 16 games on their mobile platform. It’s compatible with the iPhone and iPad. No download is needed. Just visit SilverOakCasino.com from your device and you’ll be redirected to their mobile casino. Once you log in (or create your account) you’ll be able to play for free or real money.

Our Opinion: Are They Worth It?

What we do not like about Silver Oak Casino

There’s nothing unique (outside the promos) for players familiar with Real Time Gaming software.

Our thoughts? It’s a better site for new players than those that have been around the block a time or two.

Has There Been a Scandal?

There’s not one ‘scam’ or ‘scandal’ that stands out. And opinions appear to be split.

If you check out CasinoListings.com, they mention that Silver Oak was purchased by the Virtual Casino Group. They’re blacklisted at many sites and are on probation at Casino Meister.

But, that was 2 years ago. In that time frame Casino Meister has decided to put them on probation. They will soon take them off their rogue list, barring no new issues arise and that management continues to improve. The slow banking and customer support will need to improve, too.

So, the choice is yours. You might be able to make a better decision after reading Casino Meister’s take on it.

How to Make a Deposit
