April 2017 US Offshore Online Poker Payment Processing Report

The past month saw some minor improvement in U.S. online poker payment processing speeds.  No sites saw a decline.  We are entering the slowest time of the year for online gaming.  This should help keep withdrawal speeds within a reasonable time frame at most poker sites.

Last month’s grades are in parenthesis.  The March 2017 processing report may be found here.

Ignition Casino A+ (A+)

Ignition Casino continues to prove that it can consistently pay players in a timely manner.  It is the U.S.-facing brand on the network known as PaiWangLuo, formerly known as Bodog.

Bitcoin withdrawals are processed in less than one day.  There is no fee for these transactions.  The maximum amount is $9,500.

Checks arrive in one to two weeks.  The maximum amount is $2,500.  Players may receive one free check every 120 days.

Intertops A+ (A+)

Intertops is the world’s oldest online sports book.  It is the flagship of the Horizon Poker Network.  Intertops’ cashout speeds remain unchanged over several years.

Players may receive Bitcoin in amounts up to $2,500.  These withdrawals take a day or two.  There is never a fee for Bitcoin withdrawals.

Checks are delivered in one or two weeks.  The maximum amount is $3,000.  The fee is $50.  Bank wires also have a fee of $50.  These are processed in about two weeks.  The maximum bank wire withdrawal at Intertops is $2,500.

BetOnline A (A)

BetOnline is the flagship of the Chico Poker Network.  The cashout speeds are exceptional at BetOnline.  Its only flaw is that players can only receive one free cashout per month and it must be requested on a Friday.  The maximum waived withdrawal fee is $50.

Bitcoin is the quickest way to get paid by BetOnline.  These are processed in one or two days.  The maximum Bitcoin withdrawal is $5,000.  The fee is two percent of the total transaction.

Checks are delivered in one to two weeks.  The fee depends on the method of delivery and can range from $25 to $50.  The maximum check withdrawal is $2,500.

Merge Gaming B (B-)

Merge Gaming continues to vary greatly from one month to the next in terms of cashout speeds.  Bitcoin withdrawals are down to three or four days.  The problem is that there is a five percent fee for these transactions.  That is the highest in the online poker industry.  The maximum Bitcoin withdrawal amount is $5,000.

Players can request a check in amounts up to $2,500.  The fee is three percent of the transaction.  These arrive in one to two weeks.

Players may receive one free withdrawal per year.  The Merge Gaming cashier services Carbon Poker, PlayersOnly and Sportsbook.ag.

Winning Poker B (C+)

There was marginal improvement in cashout speeds at Winning Poker.  The skins the main cashier services are Americas Cardroom, Black Chip Poker and True Poker.

Bitcoin withdrawals have improved into the range of three to seven days.  The time frame was 10 to 21 days last month.  The maximum withdrawal is $25,000.  The fee is two percent.

Checks are still available, however, there have been no reports of withdrawals through this method in the past month.  That may be due to the large number of bounced checks in recent months.  The fee is $65 for a check withdrawal.  Players may receive one free check per year.

Winning Poker still offers a debit card.  Most players stopped using this method because Bitcoin is cheaper and has higher limits.  Players that prefer debit cards can pay $40 to have one delivered.  Each withdrawal costs $4.95 to process.  There is a $3 fee for every ATM withdrawal.  There is a $5 monthly maintenance fee.

Juicy Stakes C+ (C+)

Juicy Stakes is a member of the Horizon Poker Network.  It is a sister site of Intertops.  There is not much reason to play at Juicy Stakes.  The maximum withdrawal is $1,000.  The fee is $50 but it is waived once a month for active players.  Intertops is a much better option because it has free Bitcoin withdrawals, more options and higher limits.

SWC Poker C (C)

SWC Poker is the second generation of SealsWithClubs.  Bitcoin is the only form of currency accepted at SWC Poker.  Transactions are processed in less than 12 hours.  All withdrawals are free.  The lack of other payment options and traffic hurt SWC Poker’s grade on our survey.
